Report on the Work of the Main Counting Centre - 2022 General Elections

Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIK BiH) · March 14, 2023

The CIK BiH Main Counting Centre report records that during the control count for the Republika Srpska presidential race on 24 October 2022 falsified ballots were found among the valid ballots at three polling stations: 16 at Bratunac 104B025, 10 at Bratunac 104B028 and 9 at Sekovici 101B008, 35 in total. At polling station 105B019 in Srebrenica every ballot for one candidate lacked the signature of the polling board member issuing ballots and those ballots were declared invalid. The CIK filed a criminal complaint against unknown persons with the BiH Prosecutor's Office on 24 October 2022, and the Prosecutor's Office with SIPA inspected the Counting Centre on 25 November 2022 and seized the Bratunac documentation. The Centre accredited 1,055 observers and received no complaint about its work.
