Decision No. 4157-NS of 13 March 2025 implementing Decision No. 1 of 13 March 2025 of the Constitutional Court on Constitutional Case No. 33/2024

The Commission amended its 30 October 2024 result declaration to the figures established by the Constitutional Court: 2,568,992 ballots found in the boxes, 51,791 invalid, and 2,434,761 valid votes for lists, moving the 4 per cent threshold to 97,390.44. Nine formations then cleared it: GERB-SDS 642,521 votes and 66 seats, PP-DB 346,074 and 36, Vazrazhdane 325,358 and 33, DPS-New Beginning 280,246 and 29, BSP-United Left 184,361 and 19, APS 182,254 and 19, ITN 165,191 and 17, MECH 111,993 and 11, and Velichie 97,497 and 10.
