OAS Electoral Observation Mission in Haiti Congratulates Haitian People and Electoral Authorities on Conclusion of Presidential Electoral Process

The OAS mission welcomed the final results of the 20 November 2016 presidential election and recorded that the verification of 12% of the returns, ordered by the Electoral Disputes Tribunal at the request of political actors, concluded that the returns analysed showed no irregularities capable of affecting the electoral process. It listed the CEP figures announced on 3 January 2017: Jovenel Moïse 55.60%, Jude Célestin 19.57%, Jean-Charles Moïse 11.04%, Maryse Narcisse 9.01%.
