Record turnout despite provocations: how the State Duma elections went

It puts observers at about 380,000, including more than 1,000 foreigners from 133 states and 13 international organisations, quotes invited observers praising the process, and cites Pamfilova that Moscow's e-voting system was attacked from abroad, with over 100 million potentially dangerous actions blocked, and that reports of violations came from under a hundredth of a per cent of 91,000 commissions. It reports turnout of over 81 per cent in the 'DPR', 79.33 in the 'LPR', 79.39 in Zaporizhzhia and 74.61 in Kherson regions, and a precinct chair killed by a drone in Zaporizhzhia region.
