CEC says turnout in remote electronic voting in the State Duma election exceeded 90%

Interfax reports Central Election Commission chair Ella Pamfilova's statement of 21 September 2026 that turnout in remote electronic voting (DEG) in the State Duma election exceeded 90 per cent, which she called a very conscious choice. According to the commission's data, among the votes cast electronically United Russia received 49.14 per cent, New People 15.41, the Communist Party 12.23, LDPR 10.79, A Just Russia 5.72, the Party of Pensioners 2.15, The Greens 2.11, Communists of Russia 1.24, Rodina 0.82 and the Party of Direct Democracy 0.4 per cent. Pamfilova said these voters' preferences gave the parties something to reflect on.
