“The 2014 hack of Ukraine’s Central Election Commission changed the declared result”

Вердикт

False. The fabricated results page never touched a vote: Ukrainian ballots are paper, counted by hand at the precinct and physically delivered for aggregation. The published official result matched the count, and CERT-UA assessed that the attack could in no way have determined the outcome.
