How we handle mistakes — in the open.
Our correction policy
When we get something wrong, we fix it in the open and record what changed. Because the content is version-controlled, every change is timestamped and attributable to a specific edit, and there is no private editorial trail.
The correction log
Every page links its own edit history, and the full public repository is the correction log. Substantive corrections — and any right-of-reply responses from organizations named in a finding — are also noted on the relevant page.
