“The film “2000 Mules” proved organized ballot trafficking in the 2020 US election”
False. The film’s cellphone-geolocation method is too imprecise to prove a ballot was deposited, fact-checkers and a state investigation found no organized trafficking, and in 2024 the distributor Salem Media pulled the film and apologized to a man it had falsely labeled a “ballot mule.”
“Dominion voting machines switched or deleted votes in the 2020 US election”
False. Full manual hand recounts of paper ballots (Georgia statewide, Antrim County) matched the machine tallies, federal security officials found no voting system changed or deleted votes, and Delaware courts ruled the vote-switching statements false — leading Fox News to pay a record $787.5 million settlement.
“Russia changed the recorded vote tallies in the 2016 US election”
Unsupported. U.S. official assessments documented a Russian influence campaign and the probing of election infrastructure, but found no evidence that vote counts were altered — DHS assessed that the systems Russian actors targeted were not involved in vote tallying. We hold this claim to the same evidence bar as any other.
