Precinct-level results
Definição
Results published per polling station rather than aggregated — the single most valuable transparency measure, because it makes independent verification possible at all.

Precinct
The smallest electoral administrative unit, typically served by one polling station — the level at which granular result data becomes analytically useful.
Parallel vote tabulation (PVT)
An independent count built from observers’ copies of polling-station results, statistically sampled — it can confirm or contradict an official total on election night.
Open election data
Publication of results in machine-readable form at the lowest available unit, under an open licence — the difference between a result that is announced and one that is checkable.
