Zambia General Election 2026: presidential results tracker

An independent tracker that logs each batch of results as the Electoral Commission of Zambia announced it at the national results centre, describing itself as not an official source and stating that it preserves the commission's declared figures rather than recomputing national totals. Its final entry for the presidential election records 226 of 226 constituencies declared, 8,786,300 registered voters, 5,028,606 votes cast, 4,902,050 valid votes and 126,556 rejected ballots, a turnout of 57.2 per cent, and a candidate table whose vote totals sum exactly to the declared valid-vote figure. It notes that the ECZ public results portal was still not displaying a usable candidate breakdown when checked on 26 August 2026.
