The Senate rejects the application to annul a decision of the Central Election Commission (case No. SA-2/2022)

On 19 October 2022, after an oral hearing at which the Central Election Commission contested the application, the Senate's Department of Administrative Cases rejected the application to annul the commission's Decision No. 97 of 10 October 2022 on the complaints of Valentīns Jeremejevs of the party Tautas varas spēks. The application sought review of the polling-station decisions approving vote-counting protocols in the Riga constituency of the 14th Saeima elections.
