Full transcript of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment ruling by Constitutional Court

On the National Election Commission it records that the president 'instructed the minister of national defense to mobilize military forces to inspect the NEC's IT systems' and that the deployed troops 'controlled access, seized the staff's mobile phones, and took photos of the IT systems', acts the court held were searches and seizures without a warrant that 'violated the warrant-based system and infringed on the independence of the NEC'. It also records the court rejecting the claim that martial law was declared to resolve suspicions of electoral fraud, and the unanimous order removing Yoon from office.
