The CSE resolution of 25 November 2021, published in the official gazette on 26 November, proclaims Daniel Ortega Saavedra as president and Rosario Murillo Zambrana as vice-president and names every elected deputy. It records that the National Assembly is constituted with 91 deputies, 46 women and 45 men, and the Central American Parliament delegation with 10 women and 10 men, and states that the election was convened by CSE decision of 6 May 2021 for 7 November 2021. Deputies are listed by party under the FSLN, PLC, ALN, APRE and PLI headings, and Walter Eden Espinoza Fernandez appears separately as a deputy under article 133 of the Constitution. The resolution asserts that the Council guaranteed the highest democratic standards of participation, inclusion, transparency and equality.
