The Election Organiser Honour Council upheld in part complaints that the KPU breached the electoral administrators' code of ethics by accepting the Prabowo-Gibran candidate registration before amending KPU Regulation 19 of 2023 to reflect Constitutional Court Decision 90/PUU-XXI/2023. It imposed a final stern warning on chair Hasyim Asy'ari and stern warnings on commissioners Yulianto Sudrajat, August Mellaz, Betty Epsilon Idroos, Parsadaan Harahap, Idham Holik and Mochammad Afifuddin, and ordered Bawaslu to supervise implementation. The ruling was decided on 18 January 2024 and pronounced on 5 February 2024.
