Decision No. 2024-6341 AN of 13 February 2025 (Jura, 2nd constituency)

The Constitutional Council annulled the 30 June and 7 July 2024 legislative election in the 2nd constituency of Jura, won by Marie-Christine Dalloz with 23,361 votes to 12,568 in the second round. It found that her second-round opponent had been placed under reinforced guardianship by a judgment of 23 November 2023 and was therefore ineligible under Article L.O. 129 of the Electoral Code, and that his irregular participation had decisively affected the distribution of the votes cast, compromising the sincerity of the election.
