Privacy Policy
VoteRights is built to be read without being tracked. This explains the little data the site handles and the choices you have.

Who runs this
VoteRights.org is an independent, nonpartisan project published pseudonymously for the operator’s safety. There is no company behind it and no named individual; reach us through the contact form or at contact@voterights.org.
What we collect
Nothing is required to read the site, and we keep no accounts and never sell data. We use privacy-respecting analytics: Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies, aggregate only) and Google Analytics 4 under Consent Mode — analytics cookies are denied by default and set only if you accept the banner.
Tips you send us
If you use the contact form we store only your message and any contact detail you choose to add. We do not log your IP address or user-agent, and submissions are periodically purged. Please don’t include anything you can’t afford to share.
Who processes data
Hosting: Vercel. Analytics: Google (only after consent). Tip storage and admin sign-in: Supabase. Content is public and version-controlled on GitHub. Each processes data under its own terms.
Your choices
Decline the analytics banner (or clear your cookies) to opt out of Google Analytics; Vercel’s aggregate analytics use no cookies and cannot identify you. For any question or request, email contact@voterights.org.
