The Constitutional Council's communiqué on completing its review of the challenges to the June and July 2024 legislative elections. It records that the Council decided 85 appeals and annulled the elections in two constituencies: the 2nd constituency of Jura, by decision 2024-6341 AN of 13 February 2025, and the 5th constituency of Saône-et-Loire, by decision 2024-6367 AN of 7 March 2025, where it found errors by counting tables at polling stations in Chalon-sur-Saône and Torcy that affected whether a candidate could stand in the second round.
