Final Election Observation Report — 2023

CRTA's citizen-observation final report concludes the extraordinary parliamentary and Belgrade elections were not free and fair: outcomes resulted from unlawful advantages gained by the ruling party with the complicity of state institutions; Belgrade results did not reflect the freely expressed will of citizens, and the legitimacy of the parliamentary outcomes was significantly compromised.
