Serbia, early parliamentary elections, 17 December 2023 — ODIHR election observation mission final report

Final report: the elections were technically well-administered but dominated by the decisive involvement of the president and the ruling party's systemic advantages, creating unjust conditions; observers noted vote-buying and instances of ballot-box stuffing, pressure on public-sector employees and biased media. Annexe I reproduces the Republic Electoral Commission's final results of 12 January 2024 (turnout 58.69%).
