Official final results of the 15 October 2023 Sejm election: Law and Justice 35.38% (194 seats), Civic Coalition 30.70% (157), Third Way 14.40% (65), The Left 8.61% (26), Confederation 7.16% (18); turnout 74.38%, the highest since 1989. The paired national referendum drew 40.91% turnout, below the 50% validity threshold.
