Far-right candidate in Ukraine's 2014 presidential election who received 0.71 per cent of the vote — and who was named as the winner with 37 per cent by a fabricated results page planted on the Central Election Commission's website and broadcast by Russian state television. His profile exists in this database because of the gap between those two numbers, which is the clearest single illustration of an operation aimed at the announcement of a result rather than at the count.
