Nicușor Dan
Romanian president elected in the 2025 re-run, held after the Constitutional Court annulled the first round of the 2024 election over a coordinated, undeclared online campaign. His election is the resolution of the only case so far in which an EU member state voided a national vote over how the campaign was fought rather than over the count.
