September 8, 2021

The National Rally of Independents won 102 of 395 seats, ahead of the Authenticity and Modernity Party and Istiqlal, while the governing Justice and Development Party fell to 13 seats. PACE described the poll as well run and professionally administered but documented late legal changes and voting-access restrictions. Morocco's CNDH separately recorded campaign violence, discrimination and accessibility concerns.

Process assessment

PACE concluded that the election was well run and praised professional, transparent polling administration, while identifying legal and participation shortcomings. The result table uses IPU's complete seat distribution because PACE reported that national party vote totals were still unavailable when its report was written.
