The Social Democratic Party remained the largest party with 107 seats, followed by the Sweden Democrats with 73 and the Moderate Party with 68. Turnout was 84.21%. ODIHR conducted a pre-election needs assessment but did not deploy an election observation activity, so this case does not present that assessment as a post-election finding.
