Declaration by the High Representative on behalf of the EU on respect for the EU's democratic processes (Ghostwriter)

The EU associated the 'Ghostwriter' malicious cyber activities with the Russian state, condemning the targeting of parliamentarians, officials, journalists and civil society across member states — including attempts to steal the credentials of German lawmakers ahead of the September 2021 federal election.
