Roll inflation
Definition
A register containing more names than eligible voters, usually through failure to remove the deceased or emigrated — it enables fraud narratives whether or not it enables fraud.

The removal of names from the roll — necessary maintenance when it removes the deceased and relocated, disenfranchisement when it removes eligible voters.

The recurring allegation that ballots were cast in deceased people’s names — almost always traceable to roll maintenance lag or record matching error rather than voting.
