Moldovan authorities and EU sanctions records document Russia-based organizations, a sanctioned Russian bank, Șor-affiliated political vehicles, paid organizers and disinformation around the 2024 presidential cycle; police reported related PSB, Taito and Telegram infrastructure again before the 2025 parliamentary election.
