Portal Kombat: extension of the Russian propaganda network

VIGINUM expanded its inventory to 224 Portal Kombat portals and documented country-targeted domains covering almost every EU member state shortly before the June 2024 European elections, as well as non-EU European audiences including Bosnia and Herzegovina.
