Constitution of the Republic of Poland — Article 98 election timetable

Sejm of the Republic of Poland · April 2, 1997

Article 98 sets four-year terms for the Sejm and Senate and requires the president to order their elections no later than 90 days before the term expires, on a non-working day within the final 30 days. The current term began with the first sitting on 13 November 2023; the exact 2027 election date has not yet been ordered.
